SALES POLICY

Prices are effective and subject to change without notice due to changes in production costs and changes in international exchange rates.

Shipping, Handling, & Insurance:     

All orders, whether for parts or machines are shipped F.O.B. Trojan Worldwide Inc. in Houston, Texas.  Freight and transportation as well as freight and transportation insurance are the customer’s sole responsibility.  Trojan Worldwide Inc. will insure all shipments for the maximum Trojan invoice amount.  Higher insurance values can be provided at customer’s request.  All insurance expenses are billed to the customer.  All prepaid items will be given priority handling and shipped per customer specification whenever possible.  Only cash check, or credit card will be accepted for C.O.D. orders unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Texas state sales tax will be charged to Texas residents and businesses when applicable.  Claims of shortages and defects must be made to Trojan within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise.  Damaged shipment claims must be made directly to the shipping carrier and are not the responsibility of Trojan.

Returns:        No returns after 10 days. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and must be accompanied by an approved RGA#. No returns on special orders, electrical parts or used items. All returns must have prior authorization of Trojan Worldwide Inc. 

Terms:            Retail sales of parts are prepaid.  Wholesale terms 30 days net contingent upon credit approval.  Past due invoices are subject to interest.  In the event an account is placed with third parties for collection purposes, client is responsible and agrees to pay for all costs of collection purposes, client is responsible and agrees to pay for all costs of collection including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees.  If for any reason special pricing or discounts have been negotiated at the time of purchase and an invoice for such special priced/discounted items becomes past due, then the special pricing discounts are automatically reversed to the at the time of purchase applicable Trojan standard list prices as shown in Trojan Worldwide Inc.’s at that time current price list.
